Who is Involved
It is important that we match clients to staff well in the initial process. After a referral comes through from SupportNet, a manager from Lifestyle Choices will follow up with the person being referred and family members if appropriate.
A staff person will be selected that we think could be appropriate for the person. A meeting interview will take place to see if the match is appropriate.
Once a suitable staff person is selected they will support the person with a disability and the manager and/or the service coordinator will visit on regular basis to review progress and address any issues that may arise.
